As per Shipper’s Commercial Invoice/Packing List
PRE-ALERTS AND DOCUMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
All stations should provide the Pre-Alerts Documents (OB/L / HB/L / CARGO MANIFEST
INVOICE / PACKING LIST) latest 24 days before vessel will arrive at Indonesia Airport
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
For FCL shipment
1. The OB/L, Consignee details should be the same as per consignee details at H B/L
(Direct Import)
2. Marking, Description, G.Weight, Measurment, Place & date issue Sholud be same as O BL

For shipments arriving over the weekend we would need pre alert latest on Friday.
